Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists pursuing licensure in North Carolina and Colorado. My approach is warm, relational, and developmentally focused, offering a supportive space to reflect on your work without fear of judgment. I value collaboration, intuition, and insight, fostering a process that encourages self-discovery, professional growth, and authentic practice.
I understand that graduate programs can often leave gaps in preparing us for the real-world complexities of therapy. Supervision with me is a place to explore those grey areas, move beyond rigid frameworks, and develop the flexibility and confidence needed to navigate the richness of therapeutic work. I believe fulfillment as a therapist comes from aligning with the clients and issues that feel meaningful and true to how you want to practice. As new therapists, it’s not uncommon to feel ‘imposter syndrome', self-doubt or even burnout. I’m passionate about supporting others as they navigate these challenging moments that naturally arise in the therapeutic journey.
Supervision should feel supportive and engaging—not something you dread each week. My intention is to create a space where supervision feels meaningful, collaborative, enjoyable and hopefully even a little fun!
In addition to supervision, I offer consultation for therapists seeking ongoing support beyond the licensure process—particularly deepening confidence when working with complex trauma cases, ongoing feelings of self-doubt in your practice and exhaustion.
